EMPATHY

All of ORANGEWALL’s values resonate with me personally. However, when tension or stress starts to emerge, “Empathy” becomes very important. I look at the challenge from the other position and ask myself, ‘what is it that they are hoping to acheive?’ By understanding the WHY of a person’s action, the HOW that may be causing the initial friction dissolves into a shared understanding of acheiving the highest outcome for the challenge. When successful, this allows us to continue working together from a place of joy.
