JON STYNER

A strong advocate for public transit infrastructure, Jon has an affinity for transit. During his time at Washington State University, Jon spent a semester in Copenhagen, Denmark, where he studied urban design with Danish architect and city planner Jan Gehl, one of the leading thinkers on the design of pedestrian friendly cities. These lessons stuck, and Jon is dedicated to creating more livable and sustainable communities through the architecture for transit, civic infrastructure, and community use facilities.

CARE

When tension or stress begins to surface, Care becomes essential. I slow down and consider not just the task, but the person behind it, asking, ‘what do they need in order to succeed here?’

There is a saying: if you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll end up someplace else. Care helps us define that destination together. By understanding intentions and aligning expectations early, friction turns into clarity and shared purpose.
