Yaker Residence Exterior Addition
The renovation of this single family home in south west Portland expanded the original 1960's 700 square foot cottage.
The addition and renovation of new bedroom wing, garage and open living room, kitchen and dining room is inspiration from modern residential design from the 60's and traditional Japanese residential planning.
The hall to the new master suite, undulates as it passes two children's bedrooms and a bath opening views to the new covered deck.
The exterior renovation includes a new roof form, decks, windows, siding, and landscaping. |
